Library
Coolbellup Community School's library is staffed on Thursday and Friday each week. Ms Abby Mosley is our Coolbellup Community School Librarian, and our Year 6's are our brilliant Library Monitors. Ms Candice Yappo is our lovely parent helper who co-ordinates the Scholastic Book club catalogues.
Students attend the library once a week with their classroom teacher. They borrow and return books, listen to stories and enjoy the great space available to them. All students are encouraged to bring a labelled bag to the library to keep their books in.
Our library is a welcoming place where students can come to read and relax. Games are played here with our school Chaplain, and our Student Councillors use the space for important meetings. Our library has an amazing range of books to enhance a culture of reading and enjoyment of literature. In our school library, everyone is welcome and everyone belongs!
