Library
Coolbellup Community School's Library is staffed on Thursday and Friday each week. Ms Abby Mosley is our Community School Librarian, our Year 6's are our brilliant Library Monitors. Ms Candice Yappo is our lovely parent helper for Scholastic Bookclub catalogues.
Students attend the library once a week with their classroom teacher. They return and borrow books, listen to stories and enjoy the great space. All students are encouraged to bring a labelled bag to the library to keep their books in.
Our library is a welcoming place where students can come to read and relax. Games are played here with our school Chaplain, and our Student Councilors use the space for important meetings! Our library has an excellent range of books to enhance a culture of reading and enjoyment of literature. In our school library, everyone is welcome and everyone belongs!
